Vikas College of Engineering & Technology (VCTN) organized an Industrial Visit for 1st-year students to the Jindal Power Project, Naidupet (Guntur) — a pioneering facility in Waste-to-Electricity generation.
During the visit, students witnessed how solid waste is scientifically processed into electrical energy, helping reduce environmental pollution and promote sustainable development. They explored key operations including waste segregation, combustion, energy recovery, and emission control, gaining valuable exposure to modern renewable energy technologies.
